That's a rather unique opinion in the fandom. It's rare disputed that the Investigation games are the worst out of them all. And we all like Edgeworth! But it didn't feel like an Ace Attorney game, it didn't have the elements that make the AA games what they were, the plot was boring and predictable, and it was all so easy to boot. The plot was the worst part imo. The games are called Gyakuten for a reason, but it just wasn't there in the Investigations game.

Ahem. But if you liked it, good for you! I like the part with baby!Franziska, that was an interesting bit of character development. Yep, the characters are the best things I can say about that game. Gumshoe was so precious and Lang quickly became one of my favourites.

Haha, should've figured. I realized they weren't the best, especially compared to the original games. Again, they were the first AA game I ever played, so nostalgia factors in quite a bit. That, and I fell in love with the characters, and I'm willing to do a lot for characters I like. I also always at least try to appreciate it when games try out new thing and plays with formula.
