My morale. My morale is up up up.
I've started my internship in an immuno-haematology lab. The people here are nice, the machines for analysis are all shiny and cool-looking and the manual testing on the side looks fun and there're swivel chairs and cool labcoats for everyone, plus free chocolate buns in the breakroom and nobody looks at me funny for using the hot-water fountain without adding coffee nor tea in my mug.
The only thing I find lacking is a secure bike rack.

!!!!! I've never met anyone else who drinks plain hot water! Everyone always judges me or thinks it is bizarre, but sometimes I just want a warm beverage, you know?

(Also congratulations on starting the awesome new internship :) )

nayrt but man sometimes you just want a mug of HOT without nothin' else getting in the way (and now I can say there are at least two other people who do this, too!).
