Is anyone else excited about the Starfighter Visual Novel kickstarter? I know Starfighter is one of those webcomics that you either love or hate (I personally hated it the first time I read it but enjoyed it the second time when there was a lot more added and when I decided to just accept it for what it is). I'm pretty jazzed, I love visual novels (especially ones that I can actually read...)

I heard Starfighter was a gay romance with sci-fi action, and I was interested. Then I heard it has the Bastard Boyfriend trope, and I stopped being interested.

I think Starfighter is fun (and pretty), and I hope Hamlet Machine can pull it off. I think the idea is cool and if the images on the KS site are what it's going to look like, it'll be very visually appealing.

I, however, have no money to spare and probably won't buy it, either - but yay! for HM putting their art/story/fiction out there! :)

I think it's pretty great, and I'm happy to see it funded. I might even buy it when it comes out, if it isn't too expensive.

I found Starfighter a bit less appealing when I discovered the artist is buddies with the Teahouse weirdos (they are actually weirdos!) but it's a decent comic if you don't mind porn with outlandish worldbuilding (let's literally color code tops and bottoms!).

I've always found that a bit funny too but to be completely fair, Abel got to top Cain recently in the comic so it might be starting to even out a little
