Do they, though? And by spiritual do you mean mystical? Because spiritual is, um, not the same thing at all. Most of what you listed has been scientifically disproved but many spiritual things haven't been confirmed or denied (but most of the mystical aspects of spiritual things have been disproved).

If you went by the number of "reality" shows with your 'woo' as a subject I'd say it's the opposite.
