The entire point of libraries is to make books freely available to people. If someone steals a hard copy of a book, I think that's a bad thing, but if they access a book's text in some other way (if it's a book that is available in libraries) how is that bad? The point of buying a book is to have a hard text in your possession.

I think people are better off reading than not reading.
