It's kind of hard for me to orgasm anyway (I usually have to use a vibrator, manual stimulation just doesn't do it) but with penetration if done just right, I can get to where I feel like I might come. It doesn't usually happen, but the buildup feels nice. I've just accepted the fact that I'm one of those women who will never have amazing, full blown screaming orgasms.

I seriously doubt how much noise people make compared to others is directly proportional to the intensity of their orgasms compared to those of others. I've had some pretty great orgasms and never found myself involuntarilly screaming. (I've always wondered how people who claim to always scream when they come manage to masturbate when someone is in the next room. I'd think it would be an akward and embarassing trait to have, honestly.)

Yeah, this more or less. I'm pretty damn vocal with a partner but that's because I can't shut up, not because I have crazy orgasms.

Granted this is assuming you're talking about women making natural noises and not "I have to sound like the porn ladies" sadness.

Yeah, I'm not trying to suggest screaming = faking, just that those who scream aren't actually enjoying themselves more than those who stay silent. People just express pleasure differently.
