For me, it's Nagisa. Whenever a guy is pretty touchy-feely, he usually reads as straight for me. He also talks about Miho and Gou's sex appeal which makes me think he finds both of them attractive.

I've always read Rin as straight, just massively obsessed.

Haru reads as ambivalent/asexual to me though. So even though I ship him romantically with Makoto, it's an asexual romance.

I imagine Rei and Nagisa do enough boinking to make up for everyone else.
