By touching I meant participating. The basis: lurking. The badfic, the fantards already made me weary of it. The drama that even mentioning the compilation can bring up sealed the deal for me.

As for the bitching, meh, t'was more of a heat of the momment, angry rant thing. Well, what'd done is done, no point in dwelling over it. So, sorry if I offended anyone.

'nyway. As for giving it chance... Well, right now I have yet to finish the game, so that may take a while, but meh, I have backed down on things I said before, so... Who knows.

*walks away mumbling about how he missed Vicent on the save he's furthest into the game, and by that point it's probably too late to get him*

Oh, I see. I apologize for going off on you then; I was just getting really fed up with people assuming the fandom to be "OMG the worst ever" just based on hearsay or whatever (it's a lot better these days IMHO -- but, then again I'm not all that active myself, so...) :\

Hmm, it probably depends on how far into the game you are. I can't remember off the top of my head if there's a cutoff time for when you can get him or not, cause I always make him join the party when I'm in Nibelheim the first time anyway. Is it your first time playing it? How are you liking it so far? :3

Not really my first time, as in, I started several sites, but out of all the Final Fantasies I played, it's among the ones I'me the least ahead on DX

Anyway, I'm at the temple of the Acients, so, Nibelheim is past by now...

And I do like it :3 I just want to re-start it, since the game went on a hiatues due to my PSOne breaking, and then I got a PS2, and it's games sucked my life, as did the PC games I got into, and now I am re-starting it so I can actually understand the plot.

And I want to download the anime OVA, in case I don't find all the characters needed to see some of the subplots >_>
