Food journaling

(Anonymous) 2014-04-09 11:19 pm (UTC)(link)
So, this is my 28th day of keeping a food diary over on myfitnesspal, and aside from not being entirely sure I trust its accuracy or the way it treats unsaturated fats, I do feel like I've been eating a little better than before, if only because I'm more aware.

But as I'm winding down my first full month, I'm not sure how to go about analyzing all that data or whatever. Any thoughts or advice?

I just starting using myfitnesspal too! I really like the weekly evaluation bar graph it offers. It's a good way to put your week in perspective.
