I'd agree with that one. I only read the book out of love for Terry Pratchett, and while it had its moments, I practically had to force myself to plough through it.

To be fair, Terry Prachett's humor isn't for everyone either. [Nor is Neil Gaiman for that matter.]

Yeah, true. But I think the regulars here on f!s who don't already love Pratchett would like him, so there's that. I know most people here think Neil Gaiman is overrated, too.

eh, there are always going to be people who have already read it. I say good for them, they can join in the discussion - and/or use the excuse to reread it!
