What did you have for dinner tonight?

Dinner was far and beyond the best part of my day today, which was mostly stressful, and also I forgot to eat lunch.

Anyways: homemade spicy black bean burger with avocado & arugula on a pretzel bun, plus sweet potato fries and a big tom collins to drink. (Possibly soon to be joined by a second... Hey, long week.)

In spite of not being into avocado, that burger sounds amazing. We had Japanese takeout and I just finished a glass of sweet wine.

Very fake but delicious sushi: crab, cream cheese, and (funny enough) avocado, then breaded and fried.

I'm trying to warm up to avocado since it's the current fad food in everything, but so far I can only really do it in sushi and some wraps. I'll probably suddenly like it as soon as the fad is done, knowing me :)

Macaroni and cheese and peas. A bit boring.

Next time I make black bean burgers, I'm going to put avocado and arugula on it. Seriously, that sounds delicious.

I am just about to sign off to start cooking it! Tonight is a chicken pot pie with a mix of fresh and frozen vegetables, seasoned with garam masala.

Wolf Brand canned turkey chili, which was not a good idea. Had a coupon.
