The first thing to come to mind was Impractical Jokers. I don't know a single other person that has even heard of it but it always makes me laugh. Whose Line Is It Anyway to an extent, too (although it used to be much more so, when reruns were constantly on). Maybe Modern Family too? It's not usually a laugh out loud type show for me but at least it's pretty light/upbeat. Oh, and Craig Ferguson! I always DVR the episodes and watch the first half hour even if I'm not interested in the guests.

Also L&O SVU, strangely. Not exactly a happy or uplifting kind of show but I've watched it so long that it's almost kind of comforting to me at this point.
