I think KoRn is "music for wangsty teenagers" less due to the themes of their music and more in the sense that a lot of people really like them when they're teenagers and filled with angst, and then grow to dislike them when they become adults and get past the angst stage.

This isn't a judgment on KoRn's music, mind you, just a pattern that I've noticed.
