I used to love LKH until she did a meet the author chat with Lynn Flewelling. LKH was SUCH a bitch throughout it (probably because the attention wasn't on her for the whole time), I got secondhand embarrassment.

I don't even know if I can read her latest books anymore, sadly. It's just smut, smut, and more smut. Anita and Meridith even feel like the same character now.

I was never that fond of Meredith in comparison, so I don't really agree with you there. I wouldn't mind if there was less smut though. My biggest problem at the moment is that the books don't really end but rather trail off, which is kind of annoying. I like the characters and the story well enough to keep reading though. :~)
