I didn't mind the fanservice in HotD because it only reinforced my image of it as basically a trashy zombie B-movie in anime form.

Yeah, I felt the same way. When it came out, I kind of rolled my eyes at the people complaining about the fanservice getting in the way of the plot because there was not really much of a plot. It was pretty much your standard harem anime set in a zombie apocalypse setting.

I minded it. But I didn't complain about it. I just didn't watch past the second episode. I will never for the life of me understand people who watch a show whose main unique feature is *the level of fanservice* and then whine about it.
