How do you react to stress?

I get snappy.

I embarrass myself on public forums and then cry.

I get really tired and end up sleeping way more than I should. Didn't really help me at school.

I get really depressed. I usually drive myself to work really hard and then cry at home. Also, my sleep disorder and my stomach issues tend to act up particularly badly at those times.

.... like right now.

Cry, mostly. Get angry and snappy at everyone. If it's really bad, I might get a panic attack, but I'm way better about those now.

So many negative ways, lol. I get snappy at times as well, but too much of it also makes me depressed and turns me into a crying mess. Sometimes it makes my eczema worse. I clean, too. Cleaning, straightening up or chores keeps my mind off things. I fiddle with whatever is in front of me, which sometimes leads into rearranging things...

I also get snappy, but mostly just lazy and avoidant.

But sometimes, it works out and I get motivated.

I drink a lot more, to be honest. Like a LOT more. Like start-at-11:00am-and-keep-a-buzz-all-day more.

I know I need help.

I start wishing I could kill myself. Like, daydreaming about it and stuff. It's pretty bad.

Depends on how stressing the situation is. It ranges from be an asshole to full blown panic attack. Fortunately I actually happen to be the kind of person who has gone into automatic "do what you can that needs to be done" mode in the few emergency situations I've been involved in. When that's over I freak the fuck out however.

Stop eating, apparently.
