...even though you know you're doing it. You just can't help it.

For example, I cannot think/say Elektra Natchios's name properly. Everytime I try, it ends up as Nat-Cheetos.

I have been pronouncing Demon as "Demond" for quite a large part of my life.

With some Spanish names that begin with J, I always accidentally pronounce the J in them the English way (if I'm speaking English). I'm not a native Spanish-speaker, but a lot of my family are and have names like this that I mispronounce. It's so embarrassing.

Omnipotent.

Half the time it comes out as omnipopent. Not to mention that I think OM-ni-PO-tent is a better pronunciation for the whole thing anyway.

Meme. I did not even know it was supposed to be 'meem' until a few months ago. It will forever be 'meh-mee' in my brain.

Cinnamon. I can properly pronounce pretty much anything after one or two tries but that word always screws me up.

I always pronounced it qway as well. It never made much sense to me that key, cay and quay were all pronounced the same when in my head they were kee, kay and qway instead.

I pronounce it klor-est-er-ol with a totally spurious extra r.

It was by mistake at first. Now I think it's so funny and it amuses me every time that I've forgotten how it really should sound.
