I'm going to go with episode Office Job. Most of the episodes are awesome, but Hardison creeping through the window while Elliot bitches about his sandwich just always makes me laugh for some reason I can't explain.

The lot of them are so adorable <3 I liked the Office Job too but I can't watch it often because that stupid camera man is so obnoxious it gets onto my nerves.

My favourite is undoubtedly the finale, the Long Goodbye Job! It was such a grand send-off, the con was just the cleverest thing they had ever come up with, and how far they had come since the pilot was all shown so well ... oh, and it made me cry, which is always a bonus. Cried throughout the whoooole episode, although even when it looked like everything had gone horribly wrong, I still had faith that Nate was going to make it work. And he did, in the most spectacular way possible!

They really are! Honestly, I was a little annoyed at him but at the same time I liked that he did add another level of difficulty to what would most likely have been a pretty straight forward job.

The Long Goodbye was *awesome*. Though I was always a little confused when Parker became the mastermind/replaced Nathan. It'd seemed like Nathan had been grooming Hardison for that, you know?

Yeah I know what you mean about Hardison, but I think the Gold Job showed that Hardison can get overexcited and start making things too elaborate for him to do the job properly. But from the beginning of season 5 I got the feeling that Nate was trying to make Parker independent in some way so I wasn't too surprised by the ending. I think it was pretty neat really, seeing how at the beginning, Parker was this lone wolf who sometimes put the entire team at risk with her stunts, and now she's become the mastermind of the crew, it was a nice way to tie up all her character development.

Yeah, I guess so. I'd just assumed that Nathan used that job to kind of prove that it wasn't as easy as it seemed to be the mastermind, and was going to continue teaching Hardison from there. But it was pretty cool to have Parker end up being the Boss [wo]man.

Plus, I guess it kind of makes sense since, out her, Hardison and Elliot she probably would be the one in the best position to build a network without too many people/other conmen having bad blood with her.
