My anxieties are flaring up big time over some really petty shit (namely, the fact that I'm getting strong inclinations from someone who I admire and would like to be friends with that they don't like me at all), and I want some mindless support.

I mean, you can say anything else you want in response, but if you don't have any words, I just want your hugs.

I know those feels. Have a hug and a sneaky squeeze of your bottom.

I will say one thing, tho, you can't always trust such inclinations. The "OMG THEY HATE ME" reflex is fairly common, and not very reliable. I have periods of feeling like my girlfriend hates my guts, and I can always find, when I think about it, strong evidence to support these insecurities.

It is, of course, absolute bollocks. May not help you too much to hear this, but there is a good chance these inclinations are equally made of testes.

Have you talked to them about their feelings, though? You can never really know unless you ask a person. (Not saying you can't be right, just...sometimes gut feelings are wrong. Either way, I'm sorry you're going through this.)

Regardless of how this one person feels, there are other awesome people who will like you and want to be friends with you. I know that might not help a lot, because anxiety can be awful like that (I totally sympathize, btw), but I wish you the best. <3
