I think I get the no sugared vanilla kind as well. It isn't terrible but I wouldn't use it if I didn't need to.

They have drops? Geez, I need to look this shit up. I can eat (most) yogurt fine, but for some reason milk by itself kills me.

The drop brand I used was called Lactaid. You add a few drops to the milk and it generally helped me with tummy rumblings. If you find them, I hope they help you out.
