I apologize, I knew what you meant. I just thought that there was a decent amount of it though when compared to other pairings including black guys.

No worries. And that's true, actually. I just thought Wesley and Gunn had so much chemistry and slashiness, and the amount of fic written for them is severely out of proportion to it. And then there seemed like there was so much Angel/Wesley, which made no sense (to me, at least).

They had loads of chemistry, especially after Gunn, Wes, and Cordelia wete off on their own while Angel was brooding over Darla. I'm suprised by both the lack of threesome fic with them whether it be platonic or shippy and the lack of Gunn/Wesley. They worked and played off of each other so well.

I don't totally get Wesley/Angel either. I mean, I guess they had a bit of chemistery, when Wesley first came around in Angel and they did act dorky together before Wes got settled in. But they disnt have near as much chemistry as Wesley had with Gunn.

I agree! The second season of Angel was my favourite precisely because of the chemistry between those three. So much ship potential, my god.

Yeah, it's not like Wesley/Angel is based off nothing. But over Wesley/Gunn? WHY. It's a crime, what it is.

The second season of Angel was great at developing the bonds between those three and it is a shame that that fandom wasted all that shipping potential. They were a perfect OT3 and the show basically handed them on a silver platter. Yet fandom ignored it. What the fuck.

It is an utter travesty. The lack of Gunn centered fic is especially criminal. Who knows why? I'd liketo know myself . Boggles my mind why it isn't more popular.

Gunn was one of my favourite characters from the show, and definitely felt like fandom completely ignored him
