No problem :D It can be a bit of trial and error finding products you like (I was looking for cheeses just after I became vegan and discovered that Sheese is one of the worst-tasting products I've ever had the misfortune to put in my mouth, but Cheezly and Tofutti are fine for me), but when you do find one, they work great.

And let me know how the sorbet turns out! :)
