Ah, I see. That'd be why it wasn't included -- I don't think anyone responded to my post.

I personally would've liked to see all the suggestions listed. I'm not here everyday and thus I haven't had a chance to see (or second) all the suggestions -- and that might be the case for others as well. But it's your call, and I totally understand your reasoning.

That happened with me too. I was disappointed and then realised no one had seconded the book so that was probably it.
