I run, and have this nice resistance routine based on body weight that I do. Annnnnnd a few months ago I got into spinning poi, and let me tell you, doing that works out your arms, chest, and upper back like whoa. I've increased my upper body strength so much just from that one activity, and it's definitely a hell of a lot more fun than doing push-ups and pull-ups and whatnot.
