I use a strider, then do a short workout with light weights, then another with various cardio and weight exercises. (XFitDaily is what I've been using.)

Been doing it for about an hour every day except for the occasions that I'm super busy and just can't make the time, but I do it at least six times a week. This is probably the healthiest I've ever been.

I kind of want to start biking but don't want to buy a bike then not use it. I'm also afraid I would fall on my ass and break something because it's been so long. I take the stairs when I can, but other than that...I'm just very aware of portions.
