Probably McKay/Sheppard. I love their relationship. (And the evolution of said relationship.) The 'best friends turn lovers' trope is one I'm quite fond of, and their personalities mesh so well. They were always so much fun to watch (and at their best, absolutely adorable and heartwarming), and so much of the fanfic was magnificent and did a great job of reflecting that. I have so many lovely memories of the pairing. (And of watching the show and squee'ing at their moments. I think some of the best episodes of SGA were heavy on the McShep. It might've been a bit unfair to the rest of the cast actually, but...I liked what they did with those two.)
