Mycroft Holmes/John Watson from Sherlock.

It's an almost-hate ship, except they're both good guys on the same side so they have to see each other and work together.

That's what gets me, I think. I find it hard to ship out-and-out villains except in other people's fics. But I still like a lot of friction in my ships, almost to the point that happy endings are impossible.

I'm not really in the Sherlock fandom any more after season 3. But I still clutch this ship to my heart.
