how much alcohol can you drink?

Very little. A drug interaction gets me hammered faster than is comfortable, and I get sick anyway.

I'm 40-something BTW.

In Roppongi I hit up a bar with a monthly shots scoreboard two thirds of the way into the month.

I was on number three by the end of the night.

depends on the degree of drunkenness. if we're drinking guinness or something like that, after three beers, i'm flailing-arms-when-standing-up tipsy; after five i'm why-is-everything-so-fucking-funny drunk; after six i'm god-i-love-you-guys-so-much pissed; and after that all bets are off. it takes me a lot to be absolutely smashed though, and i never end up puking. i'm also one of those rare specimens that's never had horrible hangovers.

Until I'm buzzed? It depends, but if I'm drinking my beer of choice, around 2-3.

Until I'm passed out? Eh, around 8-9 shots in quick succession.

I don't drink often (maybe 3-4 times a year) but I have a pretty high tolerance (I think). I have only gotten sick once from drinking and I drank almost a whole half pint of vodka.

And I never get hangovers.

On a recent night out I drank around half a bottle of vodka (with mixers, of course) and was totally fine. I can handle anything except tequila.

None. I hate the taste.

Not a lot. I'm skinny and the Irish is diluted.

I don't actually know. I've never been able to find any alcoholic beverage that I was willing to drink enough of for it to affect me. I'm very sensitive to the alcohol taste in most drinks.

It...depends?

I can kill a six-pack of beer on my own, however. We'll make that my baseline.

Like, until I die? I haven't found out yet, I'll you know if I do.

I hate being really drunk, so my limit is usually a few drinks in a night (say two/three beers/mixed drinks and a shot) before I back off.

The most I've ever drunk in a night was... eight drinks in the span of two hours? Here's a tip, don't do that.

Way, way too much because my tolerance is very high. I've never full blown drunk, either, and I don't get hangovers. All things considered, I don't like to drink much since it's too tempting to drink a lot (alcoholism runs in the family).

A rather large amount, but it's dependent on many things, like my level of hydration and how much food I've had/timing of eating versus drinking alcoholic beverages. For some reason, I tolerate wine more than beer and mixed drinks better than either. And I can do an inordinate amount of tequila shots, but not really other types of shots.

Not much, but I also only tend to enjoy being mildly drunk.

I tried a sip for the first time last summer and found it as disgusting as it always smelled to me, so a sip was more than enough.

Considering I took Nyquil once as a teenager and spent all night hallucinating, and a third of the recommended dosage of any medication for someone of my size tends to knock me on my butt for the rest of the day, I'm gonna guess half a beer would probably get me hammered if I could manage to drink that much.

I get drowsy on three-quarters of a glass of sake (with, to be fair, an almost-empty stomach).

Things I have learned: never go drink-for-drink with a Russian lesbian.

Not much, a glass of wine will usually have my tipsy, any more than that and I'll head into drunk territory. Though part of it does depends on what kind of alcohol I drink, how quickly, and how much I've had to eat beforehand.

I don't drink often however as alcohol has a habit of giving me bad dreams or keeping me awake.

I've had two Long Island Iced Teas in a row before and been only mildly buzzed. My tolerance is pretty ridiculous.

I have no idea, because I've never been more than tipsy. :D

Not very much at all. This was not always the case, but medical issues have made it so.

Which is fine by me, because I quite honestly like being a cheap drunk.

Not much.

I've got a pretty high tolerance, and the only time I've gotten reaaally stupid-ass drunk I drank half a liter of vodka mixed with Curaçao (about a 50/50 split I think) and decided to top it off with half a liter of cider, which was a horrible idea as it made me throw up.

That's the only time I've thrown up while drunk though, and I've never gotten even the slightest hangover, so I'm lucky in that aspect.
