Re: Pairings you love in canon but don't like in fanfic

IA with this! Fanfic always seems to try and slap down Convention Fanfic Tropes and Templates onto them instead of making them feel like the actual characters.

(of course, the way the characters are written varies a lot from official writer to official writer too, but still, in the overall picture...)
