Obscure pairings that you like

I don't mean rare-pairs from popular media. Dig into your heart and think about those series with small fandoms but that have ships you love. Canon or fanon ships.

For me, it's Horohoro/Tamao from Shaman King. I haven't been in the fandom for years, but I've been shipping those two for more than a decade. Never found good fic, though.

Had to dig through my bookmarks for this one, but I went through a Dignam/Costigan (The Departed) phase in 2008. I'd still read those fics again.

Today I was reading Ivan/Sandoval the Ambassador fanfic, from Oglaf.

I ship that so hard in all its terrible inappropriateness. It actually hurts me inside when I think of the words 'rubbish tiger'. With actual feelings or with laughter, I'm not sure.

I think that's the main ship of that fandom though, so I'm not sure. It is obscure enough?

From the manga Vampire Game: Darres/Ishtar, Duzell/Ishtar, Laphiji/Seiliez, Duzell pretending to be Ishtar/Everyone, Illsaide/Sharlen, Yuujel/Ishtar, Yuujel/Darres - and so, so many more.

From the manga Juvenile Orion: Mana/Kaname, Tsukasa/Tomonori, Mizunaji/Ama-Inu, Itsuki/Kaname.

I really only lurked in the fandom for a month or so but I hardcore ship Derek Stiles/ Angie Thompson
Which actually has nothing to do with Teen Wolf and everything to do with a ridiculously obscure japanese medical surgery-based game that no one's heard of.

I'm a little confused...who do you ship? The pairings Derek/Stiles and Angie/Thompson in Teen Wolf and a Japanese game respectively; or a character named Derek Stiles with a character named Angie Thompson both from a Japanese game?

Tohru/Natsuno from Shiki. If I really do end up unemployed in September, I will type up my Shiki AU where Natsuno goes after Sunako with an axe even though the fandom consists of me and a Japanese woman who was convinced that crying semes were going to be the next big thing.

Eeee! Jarod/Miss Parker. Poor broken dysfunctional babies, I loved them so much. Especially Parker, I just adored her so much, her relationships with her team, Sydney, her family, and then Jarod running ahead of her, all taunting and gentle. They were the best.

So let me tell you about the time (two days ago) I dug info about Gintama (because I might or might not end up watching it) and found incredibly adorable Hijikata/Shinpachi doujinshi that melted my heart.
