Uh. In the show it's a title equivalent to Queen. I haven't read the books and I got that. Wtf?

It you want to name your daughter after the Queen, you'd name her Elizabeth, right? Unless you didn't understand the basic fact that Queen is the title, not the name...

To be fair, there are people who literally call their daughters "Queen", so...
