2-3 glasses of wine to feel it/ get tipsy depending on how much I've eaten beforehand/ how tired I am. And then I can keep that level of tipsy but not slurring or stumbling drunk if I separate my drinks out. For instance, last Saturday I would say I had about 10 standard drinks between 6:30pm and midnight (as well as some weed), and while I was definitely drunkish and exceedingly exuberant I was not slurring or stumbling or falling down. And I was able to get up and go to work the next morning.

I can probably drink about 15 standard drinks over a night (say 7pm - 2am) without vomiting and still being able to get up in the morning and function(ish). But I don't do that often.

Drinking quickly though, I will feel nauseous at my 5th or 7th drink - and I don't pass out, I vomit, so I've learnt that feeling a bit sick is definitely the place I should stop, no matter how little I've drunk. (Long, long gone are the days where I would throw up, then go back and drink more, repeat literally ad nauseum, because apparently as an 18 year old I was insane.)

Woman in her mid-twenties, for reference.
