I could see it being a little weird at first and maybe a bit of a disconnect, but it's not creepy. I say this as someone with a lot of family members with very common names.

Shrugs, I had sex with someone because they looked almost exactly like an actor from one of my fandoms. No one was hurt. We went into it both consenting to it as casual sex. He didn't know the reason I did it is because he looked like that actor, but he doesn't need to know. Orgasms were had by all and we were both happy with the experience.
