You should probably be more worried about crossing the road, than having basically any autopilot systems we have failing.

I would worry about crossing the road if I was blind. But since I can look right and left to see if any cars are coming, I think I will be better off than riding around in a pilotless flying car.

Right? Isn't it human error that accounts for something like 90% of road accidents? People fussing over auto-pilot just makes me think of Air France Flight 447, where they had three real live trained pilots onboard and still managed to kill 228 people due to fucking up basically everything.
