Yep. The asexual stuff didn't happen until episode 6, and up until then I was loving the show, but now I don't know what to think. I kind of want to keep watching to see what happens (maybe the characters who were being assholes about it will learn from their behavior?) but at the same time it pisses me off so much I don't want to watch any more.
