In the podcast there are angels, etc. So that stuff is referencing what's going on in the show [albeit in a very vague way.]

You will probably understand it a lot better if you actually listened to it. Obviously you don't have to but... if you really want to know what it's all about that is your best bet. Just reading the twitter is like... reading the back of a book and then asking other people what happens in the book. I will tell you that "The Weather" is their name for the musical segment in every episode. On tumblr, people attach it to weird/creepy text posts that sound like something Cecil would have said, as if to say "This post sounds like something from WTNV."
