It's the right song, but not the right band (and there's zero chance of anyone getting this one) (almost a trick question)

This is actually the Replacements covering the song on the live bootleg Shit Hits The Fans. You can tell because Paul Westerberg doesn't know the lyrics (and is probably drunk) so he actually sings something like "duh duh duh duh leeera fast as I can". And it's great.
