Go, go, go. If you can't keep food down you're going to experience major issues with, you know, not being able to eat...not to mention anon's other comment about water, which if you can't keep that down either you could be in a world of hurt very soon. Please see the doctor about this. One day of vomiting is a normal stomach bug; four days could be something much worse and is in itself quite a problem.
