...Don't compare racism, homophobia, transphobia and sexism to someone on the internet telling you that God doesn't exist.

The idea is that people are very open to and accepting of who you are, unless who you are happens to involve a theistic belief.

No, there is no systematic persecution of theists by atheists in the real world, so in that sense there is no comparison. But that does not mean that it is okay to treat theists poorly.

(By the way, I don't think saying, "I don't believe in god and here's why" counts as treating someone poorly)
