A lot of them I kind of overlook--you know how your brain automatically corrects that kind of thing.

BUT...if you're making the same spelling mistake over and over? Or mixing up the same two words? No bueno.(give me a few 'weary's for 'wary's and I'm about to burst, and once someone wrote 'quaffed' for 'coiffed' and I literally fall out of my chair laughing and couldn't take the work seriously any more.)

Coiffed seems to be a rare word. But, lol.
