ahahahah . . . sorry. I don't know what your definition of 'bulk up' is, but there are pictures floating around of Sebastian Stan in Picnic, a play that was on Broadway a bit ago. If those pics don't qualify as bulked up, what does?

Excuse me, have you seen Chris Hemsworth and Evans? On Picnic Stan has bulked up already a lot, but we are still talking moderately sized (and lean) muscles there. Evans and Hemsworth have the bodytype of a bodybuilder...
