It's not just "I want to mock stuff." It's "I saw this thing and I have stuff that I want to say about it and jokes that I want to make but it's going to hurt the writers' feelings if I say it."

Ahh. Hmm

That is difficult. I mean I know of Tumblrs that nitpick Sues but usually will take the thing down if the author asks nicely. *shrug* You could run a blog like that except with stories.
Otherwise not sure what to tell ya.
