Re: Writing in public

I usually go to a library or park because I need things to be quiet and the less people, the better. I'd recommend it. I always feel productive when I go out to write even if I technically haven't written anymore than I would have at home. It's just refreshing, a nice change of pace. Plus, I find I do less introverted writing when I'm out in public. Like, I'm better at writing scenes and adding little details to make the environment feel more real and making the plot move. Though, at the library, I usually get distracted and start looking through books, but I often leave with new ideas or finally get to researching a thing and in the end it's still a nice day out.
