I've never read any outside the SGA ones but god they were bad. Harlequin weirdo gender stuff in a "BDSM AU" setting. But to be fair they did seem to have a really big following of people who genuinely liked them!

I wasn't a fan of the BDSM lifestyle ones, although she was definitely committed to the subject matter. It's not my personal kink so I can't really judge whether they were good or bad.

I liked the fics she writes that are genuinely fucked up. Like there's one where Fox Mulder is kidnapped, beaten up and raped repeatedly until his kidnappers think they've broken him, as revenge for him ivestigating cases that certain people high up don't want him to. I first read it on her website, but it's on AO3 now.

It's the most thoroughly described, epic noncon fic I've ever read. The psychological stages Fox goes through are really in character for the way she sets up her version of him.

That actually sounds like something I'd like. I'll have to check it out!

Oh, and if you like genuinely fucked up, you should check out caffiends asylum. Variety of fandoms and genuinely fucked up fic.

I only like reading noncon occasionally, when I'm feeling frustrated and low. But when I do want to read it, I really, really like it and I appreciate the writers who put their stories on the net. I imagine it takes some courage to openly post noncon. I've done it myself in the past, but I stopped because I found it a difficult thing.

So thanks for the rec, and I'll save it for later.
