i can 100% understand the killer that depression is. that is the main reason i do nothing and get nothing done these days. good luck anon!

if you are comfortable, mind sharing your Hannibal idea? i haven't read any myself in awhile.

thank you! I will take all the luck I can get. I remember I used to write all the time when I was younger, I'd spend every spare moment writing stories, and carry around the same notebook until it fell apart, and use the same pen until the ink ran out! :)

i'm sorry you're going through a similar experience yourself. plot is definitely the hardest part for me too! but the other day i found this resource:
http://blog.janicehardy.com/2012/08/the-inner-struggle-guides-for-using.html
http://blog.janicehardy.com/2010/09/find-your-plot-fridays-all-that.html
it's a way of creating plot by starting with the characters.

my fic idea is... well, basically it's a crack pairing. (Chilton/Will) i just liked Will's character development this season, the way he's becoming a lot more confident and capable. i wanted to see him sort of get inside Chilton's head. (he's such a transparent character - you can tell he wants to be distinguished like Hannibal, but he's just deeply insecure and kind of pathetic, really.)
