Yeah, and I feel very strongly that people of any skill level should be able to write and post fic without anyone making their lives miserable. It would be morally wrong for me to hassle them about it, so I don't.

...Possibly I wouldn't feel so nasty about it if I did give constructive criticism instead of just bottling it up all the time. I don't know.

I'm not sure I agree with you about most of the authors being very young teens. Some of them, sure.

I've known really, really bad fic written by people in their twenties, thirties, forties, and seventies personally.

And I've seen some of the best fic written by a thirteen-year-old.

You can't just blame it on being a young teen.
