I think it's unlikely they'll have it go through, since part of Sansa's "worth" as a political pawn is that her marriage wasn't consummated. But it's also gratuitous for her to have to face yet another attempted rape when they added one in S2 (the one near the Eyrie is in books, the one in the KL brawl was not).

That's kind of six of one, half a dozen of the other, though, since they added the mob scene but removed the Hound initially intending to rape her when he offers to let her escape with him after Blackwater.
