And no one is doing anything else illegal, nothing organized and everyone who grows the pot are just doing it in a tiny box in their flats and not getting help to sell it?

I live in a tiny town in the backwaters of no where Norway and our drugs (including pot) are connected to other illegal activities. And it has been the same in all the towns I live in... Hells Angels are the most prominent, both in drugs and other organized crimes, heck my aunt was tried beaten half to death because of her boyfriends (now ex and this is ages ago) drug debt. She has also been in jail for someone elses pot.

Well, other than selling pot? Nope. They're not organized rings of thieves or *also* making meth, or kidnapping babies. They grow pot in the woods/in their basements and they sell it for cash money 'cause our economy sucks and it's a hell of a lot better/safer than making meth (which people also do around here) or stealing oxycontin.
