Middle schoolers should NEVER trust a face.

It is that time in a person's life where the faces can come upon you. Most of the time what happens is a mere inconvenience, or a period of malaise. Soemtiems it is just a bad experience along the lines of having a fight with a friend at school, or something else that we all must go through and learn to deal with. But when it is MORE than that, oh it is most terrible. So many have been sucked into the vortex of time and have been spat out in frozen wastelands or barren deserts, or crashed down in the middle of revolutions or open plains where herders drive their garish beasts. So many of them have been lost forever.

They must be taught to see the faces and then to turn away from them. do not trust, do not trust, do not trust! they will suck you away if you do!

He looks too goofy in the manga, even in scenes where he's meant to be creepy. I just can't take him seriously.

I just think comics lend themselves better to creepiness. I can't remember the last successfully creepy thing I saw animated other that the titan faces from snk.

Never got around to reading the Madoka manga, (def unrelated to your secret) but do they diverge from the show?

A little. They keep the same general plot but they talk about the differences and they are mostly design things and how they handled scenes.

Haven't read the manga, but all I've heard from a friend is that Kyubey is more sadistic in it.

I just finished watching the twelve episodes for Makoda magic and it's superb (like most say). That little guy is twisted. Anyway, that's all I really wanted to say.

I think in anime Kyubey is so kawaii because there meant to be a contrast between the face and persona. That it why I like this show so much.
