Seeing how they have even turned Jaime into a rapist by now ... it's most likely gonna happen. No way they're missing an opportunity to include an edgy sex scene.

It's bizarre to me that they seem to be going out of their way to avoid including an edgy sex scene with Ramsay, when his defining character trait is raping people. Then they go and make Jaime, of all people, rape Cersei for no reason? What the fuck?

Most likely they'll wait for his scenes with Jeyne Pool to turn Ramsay into a rapist. Couldn't show male on male rape on the show. It would upset the target audience.
